Receive, verify the accuracy of, and process customer orders.
Process quotes, documentation requests, samples, RMA's, complaints as required by customers and sales staff.
Work with sales, accounting, logistics, supply chain, and others to resolve customer issues.
Maintain information in master customer database.
Communicate with sales staff regarding critical customer situations.
Provide on-going process improvement ideas to management.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or combination of education and experience.
Three to five years customer service experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Proficiency with MS Office, SAP (a plus), CRM, and ERP systems
Bi-lingual a plus
