SEEKING ACCOUNT SALES REPRESENTATIVES for TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS COMPANY East Texas and Dallas areas

Since our founding in 2005, Inline has grown services and staff, keeping pace with technological advances and newest hardware and software to better serve our clients in Texas and across the country.
Our fast growing, profitable business is looking to add up new members to our professional sales team. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals who are serious about building a career in technology sales.
Responsibilities
· Utilize all available resources to prospect for & develop qualified leads for our portfolio of products & services
· Met specific goals & KPIs as outlined by Inline sales management team
· Generate & submit weekly sales reports detailing progress to meeting or exceeding the goals & KPIs that have been identified
· Maintain sales activity in our CRM platform. Familiarity with Microsoft CRM a plus
· Collaborate with our management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing presence
· Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
Skills
· Employee must have very strong presentation skills and be able to demonstrate our product's value proposition. This will require a thorough understanding of the features and benefits of our network solutions and manage service offerings. Training will be provided to achieve these skill sets.
· Experience selling MPS solutions a plus
· Experience and successful track record of cold calling to build a successful sales pipeline
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel & ability to use Outlook and other Microsoft 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
· Exhibit strong business writing skills (example: effective follow up notes)
· Ability to demonstrate efficient time management, work and organizational habits
Qualifications
· Associates degree or related field required
· 2+ years outside sales experience. Software sales or technology industry experience a plus
· Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software
· Self-motivated and willing to work in/out of office
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Must have valid Driver's License
Physically able to climb ladder and repetitively lift items weighing up to 40 pounds
Will be regularly using common hand tools such as screwdrivers, scissors, etc.

Base Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year + commissions
