Description:

- Responsible for greeting and attending patients/customers, making appointments, taking payments and handling provider schedules and update patient information in practice management system. Performs some data entry and balance cash payments at the end of the day. Must maintain confidentiality of patient information. Functions as a member of a collaborative health care team to create and maintain a Patient Centered Medical Home. Qualifications include H.S. diploma. Great interpersonal skills and customer oriented. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment. Ability to work variation of hours and willingness to cross-train. May rotate through the different clinic sites at any given time. Ability to work well under stress and maintain calm under pressure. Six month to one-year experience in a medical setting or related field preferred. Available transportation and valid TX driver's license.
