Job Details

- Provide direct care and assistance to individuals in need, including those with developmental disabilities and memory care needs.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences.
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs under the supervision of a nurse.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
- Engage individuals in meaningful activities and provide companionship.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals in your care.
- Document observations, incidents, and changes in medical condition accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for individuals.

- Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation, and medical records.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities and memory care needs.
- Ability to cook meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor to provide quality care and support.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or assignments.
