1. Emergency medicine physician needed to become an independent contractor earning $500K-$550K.
2. Serve at two facilities with flexible shift options, including 24-hour shifts at $225/hour.
3. $35K sign-on/relocation bonus, malpractice coverage, and no night shift requirements.
4. Partnership prerequisites include residing in Odessa or Midland, working 14 shifts/month, and covering two shifts/month at Fort Stockton.
5. You can also choose a flexible, non-partnership track with no relocation required.
