The Ideal Candidate Will:

1. Have proven experience handling Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration cases
2. Be confident in drafting and implementing Lasting Powers of Attorney
3. Have experience in Deputyship applications
4. Demonstrate professionalism and sensitivity when handling clients' affairs
5. Be able to work independently and as part of a team
