As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our properties in top condition. Responsibilities include:

• Performing inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Preparing vacant units for occupancy.
• Completing work orders promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining landscaping, curb appeal, and snow removal.
• Providing emergency support after hours.
• Ensuring tools and equipment are in working condition.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to work in varied physical conditions and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
