Get to Know Your Team:

• UT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 432 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.

• Assists skilled maintenance workers.
• May perform simple repairs on electrical equipment and machinery or minor repairs to the facilities including painting, plastering, carpentry and plumbing.
• Effectively communicates with personnel of other departments, medical staff, patients and co-
• employees while performing duties.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• One (1) year of general mechanic or building maintenance experience required.
