Cold Side Production Associate - Food Manufacturing

Tiffin Ohio

$14/hr Paid Weekly

*Perfect attendance incentive extra pay of 5 hours a week for perfect attendance

Monday - Thursday 7 am - 2/3 pm

Friday 7 am - 10/11 am

This role focuses on assembling and packaging fresh food products in a refrigerated production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and package fresh food items
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area
• Follow GMP and food safety guidelines
• Assist with cleaning duties as needed
• Follow supervisor direction and production standards

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 36 lbs (most lifting under 10 lbs)
• Comfortable working in a cold, refrigerated environment
• Closed-toe shoes required
• GMP attire required (aprons, gloves, hair nets provided)

No foodservice experience required - we will train the right candidate.
