12 Oaks Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Provide resident services including personal care, medication reminders, social and recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks as needed to facilitate the continued well-being of the resident.; Review resident Service Plans and logs to gain familiarity with resident service needs and preferences; monitor changes in health conditions.; Assist with medications and/or treatments as indicated and allowed by regulation.; Respond to calls from the emergency call system in a timely manner; follow infection control procedures.; Support a clean, safe environment and encourage resident participation in activities; report changes as required.
