Love's Travel Stops - - Responsibilities: Assist the Restaurant Manager with proper task execution, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.; Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.; Work with the team to prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations and results.; Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities.; Collaborate with Restaurant Manager in the efforts of talent acquisition.
