Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

Position: Full-Time
Location: Kentucky
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Position Summary

This Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor role focuses on delivering consistent, high-quality telehealth counseling services to adults and adolescents. You will guide clients through goal-oriented therapy while working within a predictable weekday schedule designed for balance and sustainability.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual virtual counseling sessions
• Develop treatment plans aligned with client goals
• Maintain clinical records that meet compliance standards
• Participate in clinical check-ins and case discussions
• Apply therapeutic methods tailored to each client's needs

• Active LPCC license in Kentucky
• Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
• Prior clinical experience in mental health counseling
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms
• Reliable internet and private workspace
