Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: New York
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are looking to add a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to a remote behavioral health team serving clients through telehealth. The role involves conducting assessments, providing therapy, documenting care, and helping clients move through personal, emotional, and mental health concerns with clear clinical support. This is a full-time position for a licensed clinician who is comfortable working independently in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide telehealth counseling and therapy services
• Complete initial assessments and ongoing clinical reviews
• Establish treatment goals with clients and track progress
• Maintain organized, accurate, and timely documentation
• Use appropriate clinical interventions based on client needs
• Support clients through challenges related to mental health and daily functioning

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active LCSW license in New York
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, or telehealth setting
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual care platforms
• Excellent communication and time management skills
