A company is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join their team and shape the future of IT Operations Management (ITOM) delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly deployments and upgrades of the ITOM SaaS suite across 20+ global data centers, including AWS GovCloudOversee semi-annual upgrades of services like Victoria Metrics, OpenSearch, Redis, and Kafka across multiple cloud platformsMigrate customers between ITOM instances, apply hotfixes, implement change requests, and resolve service requestsRequired Qualifications8-10+ years of experience in a DevOps roleBachelor's Degree in a related field; relevant certifications are a plusAbility to obtain US Secret Security ClearanceStrong experience with Kubernetes and Shell scriptingHands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Spinnaker
