A company is looking for a Global Revenue Supervisor to oversee a team of offshore/global billing and revenue cycle staff supporting Veterans Affairs accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a team of offshore/global VA revenue cycle staff, ensuring productivity and quality across workflowsConduct performance reviews and coaching sessions to develop staff capability and address performance gapsMonitor key revenue cycle metrics and prepare regular performance reports for operational leadershipRequired Qualifications2-4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly with Veterans Affairs or government payer billing1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience, including managing remote or offshore staffWorking knowledge of VA billing requirements and claim adjudication processesProficiency in revenue cycle management systems and reporting toolsStrong analytical skills to interpret performance data and develop actionable plans
