A company is looking for a Construction Counsel to coordinate construction and procurement legal work.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with internal business teams, outside counsel, and legal department to provide timely legal support for projects in the AmericasInteract significantly with regional construction and procurement contracting teams and claims teamsManage construction contracting and claims, with a focus on large infrastructure projectsRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in construction law, preferably with a focus on procurement issuesExperience with large infrastructure projects, particularly in the energy sectorAt least 5 years of experience at a multi-national Fortune 100 technology companyFamiliarity with AI, Power BI (or similar dashboards), and SharepointExperience in the datacenter sector is a plus
