A company is looking for a Licensing and Credentialing Specialist who will support the licensing and credentialing functions for clinical providers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the licensing process for clinical providers in compliance with federal and state lawsSupport the credentialing process and ensure all provider licenses and certificates remain currentCoordinate with physicians to gather necessary information for licensing applications and communicate status updatesRequired Qualifications3-5 years of experience in licensing and credentialing preferredNAMSS Certification as a Certified Professional Medical Services Manager (CPMSM) or equivalent decision-making abilityKnowledge of medical credentialing and privileging procedures and standardsExperience with database management and report generationAbility to develop policy and procedure documentation
