A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn all commercial agreements including SaaS MSAs, DPAs, BAAs, vendor contracts, and NDAsBuild the legal operations infrastructure, including templates, playbooks, and approval workflowsLead privacy and data compliance efforts, including GDPR and CCPA regulationsRequired Qualifications4-5 years of legal experience, with significant in-house time at a SaaS or tech companyStrong track record in commercial contracts, particularly with financial services counterpartiesWorking knowledge of GDPR and CCPA, with experience negotiating DPAsComfortable advising on product legal questions in AI, data, or fintech contextsPreferred: prior experience in big law or at a well-run enterprise SaaS company
