Foster positive relationships with clients and facility staff while providing high‑quality care, including patient screening and evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, discharge planning, and case management. Uphold professional conduct that reflects Reliant Rehabilitation's commitment to excellence and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.Key Responsibilities:Improve patients' communication, cognitive‑linguistic, and swallowing abilities through direct provision and oversight of speech therapyContribute to the development and sustainability of a robust SLP programStrengthen clinical, professional, and leadership skills through collaboration, self‑study, and continuing educationMaintain a valid state license and stay informed on developments in speech‑language pathology and the healthcare environmentApply knowledge of relevant billing models and treatment guidelines to ensure care meets clinical and regulatory standardsDeliver care that aligns with treatment goals and produces meaningful outcomesAdhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols within the facilityDemonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication and documentationMaintaining confidentiality as appropriate and ensuring compliance with the state practice act in the state(s) where you are licensed.QualificationsMaster's degree (or equivalent) in Speech‑Language PathologyValid Speech‑Language Pathologist state licensePlease note rate range is an estimate and may vary based on skill set and location(s).#J-18808-Ljbffr
